What personal data do we process as standard
We collect personal data using the online form on our website, e-mail communication or personal communication. We collect the following personal information.
In the case of a natural person – non-entrepreneur:

– Address for service of documents in paper form, if different from the address of permanent residence

We also process the IP address, cookies, information about ordered products and services, personal data provided during individual meetings and consultations. Photos and videos archived for use in the graphic design of your ad or as website content.
We do not process “sensitive personal data”
According to the GDPR, sensitive personal data is a special category of personal data that is subject to special protection. These include information on health status, sexual orientation, criminal offenses, legal convictions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership.

4b. Commenting in discussions under articles on the site
When adding comments to our website, we process the IP address, cookies, name, e-mail, or link to your website. This personal information is held in the WordPress web hosting database. Only the Administrator has access to this data.
4b. Registration forms on our website to get free information from the web
If you fill in one of the registration forms for obtaining free information from our website (for example, free ebooks, sending newsletters and information about news on the blog), we also process your Name and e-mail address, which go to the electronic database of the online application on preparation and distribution of e-mails Smart Emailing. Thanks to this application, we will ensure that you will only receive reliable e-mails from us on a topic that you will be interested in.

4c. Contact forms on the website
In the case of filling in one of the contact forms for direct communication with our company, we process the Name, Surname, e-mail and telephone number in addition to point 4a in order to be able to contact you back and answer your questions. The contact form creates an e-mail and sends it to our mail server. Only the manager of the company and an external company that provides assistant services to us on the basis of a processing contract have access to these e-mail services. 4d. Form for obtaining a price offer
In the case of a service or custom production, we obtain from you only such information as is necessary to determine the preliminary price of the service or product as accurately as possible. We keep this information only for the period during which the service or production is made to order. After completing and paying the invoice, this data is deleted.
This data is not provided to a third party and is only accessible to the operator.
4e. Other ways to obtain your personal information
In addition to the methods set out in points 4a to 4d, we may process your personal data in cases where you provide it to us in another way. For example, in case of personal contact, by phone, directly by e-mail, sms-message or other communication tools (eg Skype, FB messenger, etc.). points.

We are assisted in securing some of our contractual or legal obligations by other persons, companies or services (hereinafter referred to as external experts) who are in the position of processors from the point of view of personal data protection. These are mainly accounting, administrative and assistant services, software applications, online services and external subcontractors in the processing of architectural studies and projects. Walnut Wood s.r.o. is responsible to whom it entrusts your personal data and we therefore choose verified partners for cooperation with whom we have signed processing agreements on confidentiality and personal data protection.
Personal data will also be made available to the relevant administrative authorities if we are required to do so by law. Especially in the case of controls where the authority is entitled to require the submission of personal data.
Processing of personal data to comply with tax, accounting and other legal regulations
In addition to the legislation on personal data protection, other legislation also applies. In order to comply with these regulations, especially in the field of accounting and tax law, we process, if you are our clients, the data that are required by law to appear on invoices in accounting.
Walnut Wood s.r.o. destroys the retained data after the expiration of the period specified by law, granted consent or if he no longer needs them, and further according to general limitation periods. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing or use of your personal data at any time with effect for the future.
Processing of personal data based on your consent for marketing purposes
If you are not our client, then by law, sending information about new articles on the web, new ebooks (although they are also provided free of charge) is considered a business announcement. Sending a business about our new range of products and services is also considered a business announcement. Alternatively, other similar notices.
